Refund policy
Masterbaker Studio believes in offering best quality products to the customers and we are committed to a happy customer. If you experience any of the product ordered is damaged, unsatisfied with the freshness of the product or wrong product has been delivered, please return it at the time of delivery since most of our products are perishable (consumable) in nature.
Once the delivery person has accomplished delivery of the goods and left, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of non-perishable (not consumable) items, and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancellation by customer:
You can cancel your or reschedule delivery day/time for your order anytime up to 3.00 PM, on the same day of the order placed. Send us an email at info@masterbakerstudio.com.
In case of cancellation before the cut-off time, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we, at our sole discretion, could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Returns
Return is eligible only if the wrong item was sent from our part and non perishables that has less then 12 months shelf life remaining are not subject to return unless a quality issue is detected.
Please notify us in 24h from receiving to request a return.
In case the product received doesn`t meet the requirements, all customers reserves the right to request return only if the description on the website is inaccurate and/or a wrong information was communicated.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are non-perishables (non-consumable), and if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you need an exchange for the same products by notifying the delivery in charge or sending us an email at info@masterbakerstudio.com. We will send you the replacement of that product on our next delivery to your area, depending on where you live. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
