White chocolate is like a mixture of creamy context that melts in the mouth and nothings beats adding an Arab flavor to it.   • 1 Boil the cream with the glucose and then pour over the white chocolate
  • 2 Homogenize by using hand blender
  • 3 Add butter and finally the pistachio paste
  • 4 Cool it down to room temperature and fill in the ganache in the truffle shells
  • 5 Let the ganache set overnight
  • 6 Close the filled shells, dip them in chocolate and coat with pistachio powder for finishing.


  • 1 300g Cream
  • 2 50g Glucose
  • 3 400g White chocolate
  • 4250g 100% Pistachio paste
  • 5 50g Butter
