Oat Cookies
Healthy, rich & mouth-watering are the words you are looking for. Made from Egg Station’s quality liquid whole eggs, these soft and chewy sugar cookies are sweet, salty, and reminiscent of the crunchy oats breakfast so many of us grew up with. Baking Instructions

1 Mix the butter and sugar until creamy in mixture

2 Add the eggs and then the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and oats in the mixture

3 Mix with the paddle until you have a smooth dough

4 Shape the dough into rolls of 3cm diameter

5 Keep in chiller to rest a couple of hours or overnight

6 Cut the dough into 5mm thick slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

7 Bake at 180 degree celsius for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown

8 Cool the cookies down and store it dry container. Enjoy snacking the cookies anytime!
