Preparing Instructions

  • 1 On a pan add some oil then place onion and garlic keep stirring till translucent.
  • 2 Add in chopped eggplant and mix till cooked and translucent and season with salt & pepper then set aside.
  • 3 In a food processor mix in the walnut and cream, blend till a thick cream is formed.
  • 4 Mix in eggplant mixture with walnut cream.
  • 5 Start stuffing sambosa sheets, fold then fry till golden and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 pack of Switz Sambosa Sheets
  • 2 2 eggplants (chopped into cubes)
  • 3 1 Onion
  • 4 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 1 cup of walnut
  • 6 1 cup of Candia whipping cream
  • 7 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 Frying oil as required
