The Felchlin Cocoa Powder is 20-22% an unsweetened, Dutch processed with a beautiful dark brownish red color- suitable for dusting or baking a variety of pastries. For adding to sponge cakes, doughs, ice cream, fondant, for dusting.
Dosage: For sponge cakes, about 15% of the weight of flour used; for ice cream about 10%
of total weight.
