Cheesecake Croissants
One of our favorite baking enthusiast in town, Fathima prepared a cheesecake croissant. A flaky pastry and a sweet creamy cheese filling, all made into perfection is a result of an easy and innovative puff pastry dessert. Baking Instructions

1 Add cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix it well

2 Add the vanilla essence to it and mix again

3 Mix the flour and beaten whole egg to the bowl and mix them

4 Once you get the smooth texture, add some choco chips

5 Take the baked croissants

6 Slit the croissants in half, and place into greased cupcake pans

7 Fill the croissant with the cream mix and sprinkle them with few choco chips

8 Bake at 180c for 5 minutes till set (can you Nutricook)

9 Once baked, dust with icing sugar on top and serve them to your loved ones

1 250g Candia Professional Cream Chesse

2 32g Sugar (make it less if you prefer less sweet)

3 1 tbsp Vanilla

4 2 tbsp cake flour

5 1 beaten whole egg (liquid whole egg)

6 1 tbsp chocolate chips
