Instructions
-
1 Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix with your hand mixer (kneading hook) or kitchen machine until you get a smooth dough, the dough should be nicely stretchable.
-
2 Leave the dough covered in the mixing bowl for 30 min.
-
3 Cut in three same size pieces, shape them round and leave them ideally overnight in the chiller. Important is to keep them covered, an olive oil greased plastic box would be the best choice.
-
4 Heat up your oven to 230° C
-
5 Remove the dough from the chiller. Stretch the dough carefully on a well flour dusted table until you reach your desired thickness.
-
6 Use a fork to punch the flat dough several times to avoid the formation of air locks on the surface of the pizza.
-
7 Place the dough on a greased baking tray or use baking paper to avoid sticking on the tray
-
8 Spread your chosen sauce (tomato, cream, ect.) evenly on the dough and garnish with different ingredients (veggies, meat etc.), herbs (oregano) and grated cheese.
-
9 Bake at 230° C until the pizza edge is golden brown and the cheese is well melted.
